‘Kick the Stigma’ is a Mental Health Awareness Campaign in partnership with MIND to promote and drive a national conversation around Mental Health and how we can do more to support each other. Support makes us all stronger.

Sport and Barber Shops are both vital in bringing people together and encouraging people to open up about they are feelings. We can all play our part in promoting positive mental wellbeing.
